When selecting an application, WinBuilder will provide its functional description. It also gives you some application-specific options such as adding shortcuts, etc. At the top of the application list is the Build Core option.

Build Core options allow you to set OS-related options such as language and keyboard formatting, choose to use Explorer or WinXShell a lightweight open source alternativebackground desktop if you want attach your rescue disk brandas well as other network and power options.

The main issue is failing in select source folder. It turns out that Set command is not updating interface controls properly. That is why these interface controls were not updated.
To be short, Visible command needs to read UICtrl from the file, not from the memory. The necessary change will slow down the command, though. If Visible should read the value from the script, ReadInterface and WriteInterface should work the same, too.

Actually, PEBakery is working as expected. ShellExecute is doing exactly what it is suppose to, which is execute the program and wait around until the program dies, then continue on. PEBakery has no way of knowing what other programs that one might call or when they terminate unless they are children of the original process.
